maybe time for a rebuild?

I seem to have white stuff in the oil filler cap now which has built up since i bought it a month ago, i suspect i have a problem with the seals in the engine,

how much would this cost to repair, full rebuild???

Can you post pics? More than likely it's just condensation. Good news for you, that isn't a sign of motor problems

yeah i have that to but i run a catch can coming for the top of my filler neck...My engine is fresh and is still strong as hell..I just condensation mixing with the oil...no problem
