The only performance mods i have done since i got my FD is 3" cat back exhaust, and its not a true cat back, it actually starts about 2 inches back from the cat. Anyways, i am hitting 12 psi for the first turbo, and 15 for the next. Isnt stock 10 psi?

Yeah, stock is 10 psi. You better find out, because you're gonna blow your engine running at 15 psi! Actually, if it was the stock computer, you should have hit fuel cut well before you got up to 15. You should also invest in an AFR gage.

How does you catback start 2" back from the cat? That doesn't make sense to me.

 

Maybe your cats were gutted and you just don't know? That's what it seems like.

 

sounds like your wastegate is not opening

 

well,l i poped the kick panel off today to look at the ECU. I cant tell if the ECU itself has been opened, but it looks like the wires have been re-taped at some point in time. Is there a piggy back chip in there maybe? What should i look for as far as wastegate not opening? There doesnt seam to be any vacuum leaks or anything. Any suggestions?
