master cylinder issue question

so i think mine went out. so i bought one off of a fellow member here to replace it. well i guess i didnt know they were different depending on if you had abs or not...i do....so they are different. my abs doesnt work anyway so im not worried about it. my question is can i use the non abs master cylinder to replace the worn one?
