master cylinder and brake lines

I am thinking about getting 6 pot brake kit and was wondering if the stock master cylinder would be more then enough or i should change it? Also thinking about changing all my brake lines wondering what options do i have far as that? I dont want all the old stuff going through the new calipers. I am basically thinking about overhauling the whole braking system. Also the other thing i notice is that my abs doesnt work on the car at all.

thanks guys any help would be greatly apperciated

Me and at least one other local FD'er have put Wilwood 6 pot Superlites on the front without changing the MC. Some have indicated this would be necessary, but we haven't found it so.

Mine has only autox'ed with the new brakes, he's had his on the track and autox.

If you decide you want a firmer pedal though, search for writeups on the 929 MC swap.

I'd say fix the current system before deciding if you need an upgrade...

Yeah, fix the old system... also, I'm not sure what "the old stuff going through the new calipers" means... fluid? Changing lines (though probably a part of an upgrade kit anyway) won't fix that. You'll be flushing the brake fluid through anyway... so the "old stuff" will be pushed through and out.

Sounds like you need a good flush and bleed anyway, and then check the condition of your factory calipers and why the ABS doesn't work. How did you decide it doesn't work? Can you lock four wheels up big time?
