Manual transmission rear seal replacement

Hey all, i had my car up on a lift and noticed trans fluid flung around and leaking near the back of the transmission, How involved is this to replace? just drop the exhaust and slide out the diff or does the whole PPF need to be removed? Any detailed installation advice would be great.

Also is this the right part number for the seal? - R501-17-335A

Same process as a rear/front main. Super easy.

drive shaft needs to come out, and then if there is room the seal gets pried out.

PPF can stay in. As stated above, drive shaft out then you should have good enough access. I just did this while installing a new 5th gear synchro. It was as easy as prying out the old seal, cleaning it up, and driving the new seal in.
