Manual to Auto dash Patch Harness

Long story short, I've almost completely finished rebuilding my rx7... finally after 15 or so years. It used to be an auto, now it's a manual. It's a 93 USDM.
My issue is that I used a new manual emissions harness (because the stock one was in bad shape), not realising that the damn thing has different connectors for the dash and body loop, I just assumed that they would be the same with missing or added features.
Does anyone make a set of patch harness' that can connect the dash and loop harness to the emissions harness?
I believe it's just the X-05 and X-14 connectors
I stumbled on a thread that shows how to re-pin everything, not sure if I feel like tackling that vs just buying a patch harness if it exists... I'm exhausted.

thanks in advance for any help

Plug and play AT to MT engine harnesses exist just not from Mazda. You can either buy another harness or do the repin which is a lot easier than you think

Thanks for that, you guys have been a HUGE help over the past year for me. Guess I'll try tackling the re-pin.
Wish I had known before I bought my harness that I could have had it pre-made for the conversion, oh well.
