Which manifold should I buy

Right now I am only doing reliability mods on my 7. I'm getting an apexi intake kit, an AST kit, Downpipe and exhaust. I was wondering which manifold I should get. On rx7tricks.com, the only ones on there are HKS. There's three types on there: The TO4 standard wastegate The T51-R V Band GT wastegate, and the TO4 racing wategate. Which one should I get? I'm only running the stock twins right now. Also should I get a cold air inlet kit? Thanks for your help guys

you cant get a manifold for the stock twins and you cant upgrade the wastegate because it is internal. All that stuff is for a single turbo and you have about 5k of mods at least before you get to that stage.
