Making a cold air box?

After seeing so many people make clear acrylic computer cases, it didn't see so hard. I was wondering if you can use this type of plexi glass material to make a cold air box. What are the dimensions of the M2 and does anyone have pics of it from all angles.

Yea i knew that would be an issue, i just thought that the material would be easy to work with. I mostly just want the dimensions so i can make one with a durable enough material. I am not about to spend that much money on something i can make myself for less.

I doubt the airbox area gets very hot, so acrylic may be ok, but I'd have to look up the mechanical properties of it to be sure.

GET some thick cardboard and make a pattern for your space the way you design it then transfer it to your material, Garfinkle has made several motor cycle gas tanks this way ,the 2 cycle oil tank on his 94 was made this way. Poster paper is low cost ,easy to cut and tape. you can roll some for the tubes to go on. easy, easy

The air box sits on the upper rad hose, so heat could be a problem, but I'm sure there's lots of heat resistant materials available for this kind of stuff.
