Need to make sure a wire harness from a 94 federal car will work with my 93 federal car.

They are not the same, but it will work. The 94+ harnesses have the cooling recall built it. So the 93 recall harness jumper will not be needed. The 94-95 harness supersedes the 93 (i.e. you can't buy a new 93 harness, it would be a 94-95 harness).
