M2 Trailing Arms Install

Hey guys, I just received a new set of M2 trailing arms for my FD today, but there were no directions included. I suppose I could just figure it out once I get under the car, but can somebody tell me at least what side each arm goes on? I have an "1165" and an "1165P" stamped on them, so I'm thinking that the P is for passenger side?

Any install tips would be very helpful. Thanks!

Allen

I put the "P" stamped arms & links on the Passenger side. I never did get around to calling M2 to confirm.

I had a bad experience with the M2 toe links. Both of mine were missing the in/bd bushings. After I called to complain, they misunderstood & only sent one side. Took another week to straighten it out

Your lucky you live in SFO. You can just drive over & pick them up.

M2 can recommended competition alignment #'s.
After I installed the toe links & trailing arms I had my car aligned, IM happy with the results

Very easy, 2 bolts. Undo the lower control arm bolt first.

Thanks for the info guys! Do I do all this with the rear end on jackstands?

Also which way does the offset bushings face?

Yes do it with the rear end up on jacks. The shorter side goes toward teh inside of the car while the longer goes toward teh outside.

Perfect. That's what I thought since M2 was saying how they provided more clearance for bigger rims, implying that the arms should be offset towards the center of the car.

You will need to jack the car up but you can let the wheels hang.
