...lurch... What is going on!!

here's the problem. I cant cruse in any gear at lower then 3,000. If i go any lower then this, the car lurches forward, like it wants to go. I'd hope this isnt normal. Is is being starved for fuel? Any ideas are appreicated.

It's normal to me. My car does the same thing, especially at low rpm's in 1st.

Would you also describe this as bucking? If so, it's probably time to clean up, or replace the ground connections in the engine compartment. Just cleaning them fixed mine. You could also have a bad O2 sensor. Any codes on the ECU, or a check engine light?

Lurching like that is not normal, my car never did it (when it was running..grrrrr). My first guess would also be cleaning up and checking the grounding system on the car, go try that first and go from there.
