could be a few different things

1) might be your TCA (Turbo control actuator)
This quickly opens using vaccume AND pressure to add the secondary to the primary (exhaust side). If you are not gettin vac or pressure to one sode of the acctuator then it will open slowly and may cause a larger dip.

2) might be your Turbo Pre-Control actuator
this opens at 3.5 rpm and diverts exhhaust to the secondary to pre-spool it, if it is not opening then the 2ndary dosnt get prespolled and take a second to get up to speed, thus a larger dip.

If after transition it is slow to rise back to 12 then its prob not gettin pre-spooled. If transition is quick and jumps back to 12 then its probably tca opening slow?

Just a guess....

yea its pretty slow. cuz when the transition drops to 0.4 bar i feel the dip big time. its like a huge lag then it builds the boost again. where do i adjust the Turbo Pre-Control actuator? can u gimme a pic? also if i crank up the prespool too much what will happen? thanks

I don't think that the TCA is adjustable, or at least would benefit from adjustment. I have a similar problem, but i think i must have a cracked vacuum hose somewhere that is leaking vacuum or pressure. i'm doing a vacuum hose job pretty soon to see if that helps. as far as your pre-spool, too much will give boost spikes, too little will give unnecessary lag.
