FL Low and High beam?

How do i make the Low and High beams turn on at the same time?
I'm doing a retrofit on my FD and i'm almost finished with a bi-xenon setup, however I encountered an issue that i didnt think of before... on this car the low beams go off when you turn the high beams off... unlike my old prelude in which the low stayed on with the high...

how do i override this? is there a plug in the fuse box or is there any way with the wiring up front to keep them on? I tried mixing some of the lines up front to see if they triggered a loss in power to the ground or power on the high when the low was on etc... i played a little with that.

anyone have any idea? thanks a bunch

edit: it has to be some kinda relay issue... would it be so simple as to removing a relay maybe? ughhh i hate just getting this car and not knowing where anything is!! damnit lol took me 2 yrs to learn my prelude inside out all wires etc... now i gotta start over and i need to make it to the track tonight in this car!! i need my lights! ahh
