I had this issue. I believe it was a board connection on the wiring that could have been caused by some coolant getting on to the wiring. Cleaned up the connectors and it went away.

I had another issue that came up, my dash lights all went out and i got another dimmer switch and it didn't fix the problem. Ended up being a faulty blue TNS relay near the radiator. Dash lights came on and brake lights. I think i was just low on fluid for the buzzer alarm.

These cars are getting old. Probably not a bad idea to just start replacing relays. I think my fan relays need replaced, as they come on as soon as the key is turned to ON, and the shut back off after starting.

Other than that the fans are fine.

Or perhaps, find a controller designed for the purpose, and use that.

No buzzer issues. What is the single connector coming out of the temperature housing? The "pin" is about 1/2" long, flat and has a dark red cover on it.
