low boost on 2nd turbo

i just recently installed a ic, and intake. my boost was flawless before putting these additions in, boosting .7-.8 bar on both turbos. now i still make primary turbo boost of .7-.8 but when the transition occurs, my secondary turbo only makes .6 bar of boost. what could cause this drop? a loose ic coupler? any ideas. any input would be appreciated.
Thnk you,
Chandler

Check the hoses & connections & check valve on the two lines that meet at the pressure chamber (on top in front of UIM). Secondary will not come online without pressure in chamber.

Make sure the secondary y-pipe flange to turbo nuts (2-10mm) are tight.
