Loud whining from turbo area above ~ 2500rpm
Ever since I replaced my injector seals I have had a loud whining noise coming from the back corner of the UIM or maybe the rear turbo area. It doesn't happen until I hit around 2500rpm, and even then it cuts out sometimes. It sounds like air. I've been checking things that I pulled off when doing injector seals but I haven't found a problem yet. I did reuse the UIM gasket since it was new 250 miles ago, and I also reused the BACV gasket because I didn't have another. Both looked good.
I do have one bolt on the rear turbo intake pipe that is a little loose because the threads are mostly stripped out, but it was like this before I replaced the injector seals, so I don't think that it's That, and the fact that the intake side shouldn't get a leak like that when it doesn't get pressurized.
Just looking for advice on what else to check here:

Unplug the air pump and repeat the test to rule out the air pump making that noise. Air pump air makes all kinds of bizarre noises.
Also possible the turbo is hitting something, may want to pull the intake for the secondary turbo and make sure foreign material didn't get in there.
