Unhappy Loud Screeching And Clutch Vibration

I just finished installing a new clutch and when i went to fire it up, it was a REALLY loud screaching noise, and the clutch shook violently.

So far I have heard:

Flywheel Installed wrong

Clutch fork Misaligned.

Backwards clutface.

The clutchface seems least possible as i put the "Flatter" side on the flywheel.

Any help is greatly apreciated. I wanna get my R1 back on the road. And get the N1 heard.

Check the pilot bearing. They are supposed to make some extra noise when they're worn and then make a lot of noise when they're done. Mazdatrix also has a page on tranny symptoms and diagnostics on their website. Try looking there if you don't find the answer.
www.mazdatrix.com
I'm sure there are some other sites with those notes listed as well.
