Question Loud cabin, bad fuel consumption - any tips?

I've got a couple of problems and wondering if anyone has any advice or has experienced anything similair.

First of all, the cabin is very very loud - lots of rattling and lots of squeaking (I think the latter is due to suspension bushings in the rear). Has anyone had any success in making the cabin a quieter place to be using something like dyanamating?

I've got a streetported engine (KD Rotary), greddy catback, xs ecu, intake, pulley, all the standard bpu mods running 12 psi on the stock turbos. I'm getting about 150 miles out of a full tank of gas (combination of city and freeway driving). Is this normal? Seems awfully low given the stock estiamtes are 17/25mpg.

Any advice or help greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The car is notorious for rattles inside the car. You would think that a 40,000$ car would have higher quality interior pieces. Insulation will go a long way in making things quieter from suspension and engine noises. You'll have to look for all the creeks in the car to stop the rattles though.

You'll consume much more gas with the mods you have and it'll depend on your driving habits around town. I know my car doesn't get the estimated 17/25 anymore. It's more like 13-14/20.
