Lot of misfires ?

Hi everyone,
I have one big issue currently with my FD, I had some big misfires few days ago to the point the car would start on only 1 rotor, I decided to take a look at the plugs, and guess what ? 2 were soaked with oils and 2 were burnt (see pics below), I decided to replace them, car started fine, but few miles later, got that misfires problem again, car would have hard times starting, but once running, car would rune almost fine, expect some misfires later, then I would have to stop the car and run it again...
Some black smoke would go out from the exhaust.
Last time I checked compression , they were fine (3 months ago), car has been tuned by R-Magic and having a PFC Commander, in case it helps...
The air filter was having some serious amount of oil, and some oil was in air intake as well.

Too much premix? Too much oil from where?
Any suggestion of the problem would be welcome, thanks!

Would be helpful to have a lot more info on your car

mileage on engine, rebuilt or original, which turbo(s), what kind and amount of premix, which ignition system, etc etc

Oil in the air intake won't be premix. You could have turbos on the way out or failed oil injectors - as usual suspects.

Pics of the plug threads don't tell us anything either, but take your word for it.

Misfires could be several things, MAP sensor connection, coils, earthing, engine internals, water seals, etc, etc.

It could be a tuning and/or engine control issue.

Double check compression to rule in/out health of your engine
