losing boost at high RPM

hey guys i just wanted to know if you guys know whats is wrong and how i can fix the problem.

Well i just got the car recently and i have never taken it above 4k RPM but today i tried and i notice losing boost at high RPM so i was wondering what might be the cus?

Well i was in 3rd gear at about 3.5rpm when i floored it the boost gauge jumped up to about 12psi and all of sudden at about 4rpm it dropped down to about 6psi and stay there. It did this couple of times so i dicided to do it in a lower gear. I slowed down put it in 1st launch it, boost jump to 12psi with no prob, in 2nd boost jump to 12psi with little hesitation, and in 3 boost jump to 12psi and stay but with little jerking, so what might be the problem here?

When i bought the car, the car has a TurboTimer, HKS F-Con and Downpipes and exshualt. Even though the car has a HKS f-Con it is not tunn yet.

Also how do you know if you clutch is wearing out? Mine's is taking off a little slow at low rpm like around 1k-2k in 2nd gear is that a sign?

Do i need to change the LSD at all? when i bought the car the right rear outter side of the tire is bald, everytime i step on the gas the car seems to want to go into a drift with the right rear wanting to slip to the right. But after i change the tires and get it align it seems to be ok now so do i still need to change the LSD cus i also notice a lack of power too.

thanks for all the help guys

Check your secondary turbo for leaks, lose vacum hose to charge control solenoid or valve etc.

I agree it sounds like you're not getting proper secondary boost. Secondary boost begins at precisely 4500rpm.

I suggest going thru the Mazda troubleshooting listed on www.fd3s.net/boost_test.html.

Which lancaster are you in?
