you mean this? https://www.iaai.com/Vehicles/Vehicl...oadRecent=True
records of owners are usually undisclosed and it is illegal for iaai or the dmv (in all states i believe) to give out that info without a warrant its a safety issue of random people knowing your address or name. however i have found documents left in cars i have bought, and tracked owners down. i have received spare keys and manual plus info which is always nice and i usually give them something in return for there help like a gift card. so hopefully someone on here will recognize the car
if you decide to purchase a flood salvage car and plan on using it for anything but parts please do your Due diligence and research, firstly iaai "run and drive" or "car starts" usually doesn't mean crap in that situation they will do anything to make it turnover. last fd i saw in portland was a run and drive i get there, the car was idling for 25+ mins for the drive through auction with the low water alarm buzzing and it had a huge hole in the bottom of the radiator this thing had no water/coolant in it, you could smell metal burning. they dont give a **** most of the workers there are highschool drop outs that rev the **** out of anything that starts. secondly if your state requires state patrol or similar inspections you will have to replace every single safety component on a flood damaged car with receipts. i know someone who recently bought a flood car had it inspected and they inspector looked up the iaai stock number saw it was flood (they will look at what the car looked like so they know what parts where replaced) and made him get all new electrical system hes going to be in that car more then a clean title one.
but anyway if the car checks out for you good luck and happy bidding, there can definitely be some deals on there but their fees are ridiculous. on a 4k bid expect to pay over 1k in taxes and fees plus registration and it goes up from there.

This was fairly recent, so it was most likely when we had some crazy rain going on in Houston back around March. Houston storms, flooding: Where we are now | abc13.com
I can pull the carfax for you if you'd like, I have a few weeks left on mine. Just PM me if you'd like it.
