Hey everyone, I'm looking for a wiring diagram for a JDM (or really, any non-USDM) FD. A series 6 (92-95) would be best, but anything will work. All I really need is the gauge cluster schematic.

THIS ISN'T FOR WIRING. I need it for a case I've got with the government. They won't allow me to put my FD back on the road until I "repair" my "non-functioning" check engine light. However, since my car is JDM, it never came with a CEL. The inspector is willing to allow the car to pass, provided I give him documentation proving that the car didn't come with one. Unfortunately, the only schematics that I've been able to find have been for USDM cars, and all show the CEL. Does anyone happen to have or know of any JDM schematics? Either English or Japanese would work.

Remove cluster and show them, that there is no CEL, but exhaust overheat indicator where CEL should be.

 

I had tried that, and it's not good enough apparently. They need actual documentation proving it, which they can then send off to the head office.

 

Doubt it's "government quality", but maybe you can baffle them with bullshit that they produced english language manuals for the Jap market, egads!
