There should be a fuse by the egi fuse that is for a/c. Has the system ever been charged? Do you have a condensor? Check and see if there is a fuse. But you can check by the a/c pulley which is the bottom right pulley. Does the whole thing move when you turn on the a/c?

Yes I have AC. But what I the switch. The fan switch intermits not turning on AC. Most of the time setting 1 on the fan switch works AC ok and the other settings turns AC off. I know it has to be the Fan switch somehow but Ihave no way of tracing which wire goes to what without a Wiring Diagram. Does anyone have a copy of the Wire Diagram for the AC system????

Not all service manuals have all of the schematics in them. I have attached the one you need for the AC controls. Be sure and check the thermoswitch that is located on the evaporator (to keep it from freezing) this is a common failure point on these systems.

Hope this helps.
