Just a few pics of my FD and a 'Speed-6.

 

Lovely rides.

It's pretty cool to see that FD's are relatively small cars compared to most cars out there. FDs are just slender and sleek-ly designed. I know today's cars are getting a lil' bigger and higher but still...even a mid-90's Corolla was "bigger" than an FD. Oh, how I love the oh-so-snug-fit FD's are and wraps around you when drivin'!

 

Why all the picture threads, it's a friggen stock FD? That's cool and all that you got one, but I mean it's not a breakthrough or anything...

Yeah, I laugh when I park the FD next to the Lincoln Towncar. It is nearly twice as long as the FD.

If money weren't a factor, that's how my driveway would look. But I gotta milk the daily driver for a couple more years. By then the 'speed 6 will be much cheaper (and if it's a lemon, I can buy something different

I guess if you wanna call it that, then so be it. Hell, he's had the car all of like 2 weeks and has started at least 3 picture threads dedicated to it, and it's stock body with a set of rims. There are lots of fully built eye candy cars on this forum (including mine) but you don't see picture threads of those posted every few days. Hell, I remember when the mods used to move picture threads on sight because they weren't "technical" enough.

 

Stock RX-7's look the best in my opinion. If you don't wanna see the pictures, don't click on the thread.

Nice car, I don't mind the picture threads at all.

 

The current mods inherited the precedent of allowing pic threads if it's of your own car.

Since it is not a technical subject, the practice is open for discussion.

I remember when I first bought my FD back in late '03 and I made a post here of some sort about body panels or pictures or something along those lines, and majhik promptly bitched about it and told me that the section was for technical issues only, and moved it to some bullshit forum like "audio visual". Ah how things have changed.

I'd rather see a clean, stock-looking 7 than a lot of these so called "eye-candy" cars out there. Don't get me wrong I like some FD's with body kits but many look like *** imo and it kills the rx7 image. Threads like this one bring on positive inspiration

Nice 6's. Those are the first non silver MS 6's I have seen. Can you get them in any of the Mazda factory colors as the MS 6? I have been eyeing the MS 6 since its debut. Very nice.

 

I've seen one in black and silver, and gunmetal.

 

I see your point completly thats why i havent started a picture thread yet i have a stock white FD with window tint.

 

You should post pics of it. I'd like to see it.
