Not sure i don't have access to carfax but since its listed as "stationary" most likely is a blown engine or at least issues with it.
IAAI and Copart are usually good at trying to jump start it and make sure the car runs or engine starts...
It didn't sell so its up for another auction and with BIN for $37k
