Light load surge/stumble

Hey guys I am getting my car ready to get on the dyno so I am wanting ti make sure I have no hardware issues and the only issues I have would be tuning related.

I am currently getting what seems to me a light load stumble, ie cruising/free rev etc that happens between 2 and 25% throttle. I have a modular ecu and my tps voltages are in spec and set properly. If I drive over that 25% throttle there is no hesitation or stumble and the car rips. Is there anything I can check? I've got direct fire coils, timing has been locked and every coil is sparking correctly. New plugs and wires, tps is set properly. I did play with the predicted map a little but but it didn't really seem to make much difference. Can I have a dead spot in the tps and how would I check for that?
