For all these years. I thought the front side markers
were just reflectors.. Didn't realize they had an
actual light in them, until yesterday..

anyways. One of my frontside marker lights are out.
IS there a easy way to change out the bulbs??

OR does the wheel and wheel lining have to be
removed??

Very easy I saw garfinkle put in his clear lights in last week , all 4 in 5 min as he talked to me about something else ,in other words a no brainer, Turn the wheel to get room and pull the liner free slide in your hand find the bulb holder ,twist and pull easy replace bulb replace holder replace liner
