Let me introduce myself
Let me introduce myself
Hello all. My name is Jason, I'm 28, and I own a 93 R1 and a 95 Toyota MR2. I've previously owned an 86 n/a and an 89 TII. My wife has an 88 GTU. I've owned my FD for a little over a year and I'm absolutely impressed. I'm definately not one to leave a car stock, so I have been looking into different swaps and upgrades for my FD and have settled on a 20B conversion sometime in the future (more than likely when its time to rebuild the 13B)
I love my FD and really like the wealth of knowledge that you guys have to offer. So, once again, Hello. I think I'll like it here.

Welcome to the forum Jason. Its refreshing to see a new member that isnt 16. You are definatly right about the plethora of knowledge you can find here. Almost every subject has been covered 100 times so the search button is your best friend here. Good luck with your conversion, 20B FDs are awesome.
Is it just me or is there a lot of owners named Jason? I am one of them
. Welcome! The best advice I can give is "ABSORB, THEN INQUIRE" take in as much info on the topics you are interested in and then ask the most specific questions about that which you cannot find or understand. This will get you a long way over here. Oh and it helps to be respectful too, people like you a lot more. Nice to see you have a extensive rotary background, you could easily have a bunch to share on this forum, there's also the other gen subforums if you are interested.

Welcome to the Forum, Jason. Glad to have you here. In the six years I've been on the Forum I have found it to be a plethora of otherwise unavailable information.
Enjoy your stay.
Enjoy your stay.
Thanks for the welcomes guys.
The search button is my friend. I'd rather take a little time looking for my needed info instead of asking and finding out its 5 threads below. As for the eventual 20B conversion, I'm taking it slow and learning as much as possible. There is a lot of fabrication involved and I want to do this right the first time. This is just one of my three projects (albiet my favorite one).
