leaving for army... what should I do to take care of the 7????
tonight I leave for basic training and my job training which is 21 weeks long in total so its about 5 months. I am leaving my 7 at my moms house so she can take care of it. my question is what should I have her do to take care of it while iam gone. that and it will be during Cleveland winter so driving it is out of the question. Any info or tips would be great!!!!!

Change the oil, keep the tank full of gas (to prevent condensation), start it up once a week (it would be good if she could drive it some), and you shouldn't have any issues till you get back.

stored
I store mine every winter.
1. Put some plastic under the car (to check for leaks when you return)
2.Drive up on some plywood under the tires to keep them from getting flat spots
3. Keep the tank full
4. Disconnect the battery
5. Crack the windows
6. Wash, wax, and cover the car
7. Sprinkle moth ***** around the wheels and in the engine bay to keep the mice out.
8. When you return pull the fuel pump fuse out and crank the car 10 times before firing up the engine to lubricate it well.
