I have tried three shift ***** so far for my B/M short throw and have came to this one as my favorite. Check it out - $39 bucks, comes in red, bl/yellow and red/black leather. I choose red to match my red/black shift boot. Isn't very heavy but works great. Comes with thread inserts that screw in place, but I choose to super glue my correct 10mm thread into place and then chase it with a tap. Then threaded this on the B/M - it is definetely locked into place, no screws. Thought I'd share my experience.
