Leaky Secondary Injector?

OK.... we're still tryign to troubleshoot my FD's misfiring problem. It seems to bog/misfire itself to death under boost, but usually is fine until the secondary injectors and turbo kick. Sometimes it bogs, other times the motor will fly. I have replaced the plugs, and the wires seem fine. I haven't tested the coil packs yet, but I doubt they are bad either as the problem is only under boost and doesnt' always happen.

Could it be a leaky injector? My FD has 74k miles on it, probably time for an injector cleaning I'm assuming? Any input would be greatly appreciated

Does the car bog only and just as boost is coming on, ...or....??? If so, your FD may be in limp mode. Try disconnecting both battery connections, step on the brake pedal twice for about 10 seconds. Let the car rest for about 10 minutes before you place the battery connections back on. Start the car and take her out for a spin.

Never heard of that before, I'll give it a try. It's been driving me crazy.

Here's the thing....my FD is not throwing any engine light codes, and I don't know any other way to test for limp mode. I did as you said and it didn't make a difference to be honest.

Anyone else have some insight?

Mine did that when my injectors were not working properly. There was no way to diagnose it (compared to ignition problems) except to remove/clean the injectors or replace them.
