Leakage?

Well, on the passenger side, about a half a foot from the front tire, something is dripping. Its actually dripping enough to make a puddle.

I don't know what it is but it just started recently and its scaring the crap out of me.

Its clear, and a bit oily so I am guessing its the coolant. I totally overfilled on the coolant tank near the light and was thinking maybe thats the culprit, but I also bottomed out a bit today so I don't know if its a hole or just that its overfilled.

I don't know 100% it's coolant, but its clear and a bit oily. Would it be able to create a hole in the coolant lines by bottoming out like that?

I mean it was nothing really hard, just a scrape over a speed bump.

I may have been a bit paranoid. Is there any chance that it could of been the A/C as I had it on pretty much the whole day. If so how long would it drip.

Just shooting out a bit of idea's.

I would really rather let it be A/C then coolant. Plus, would the A/C be a bit oily?

hey whats up, this happened to me also, its from the weather we have been having. dont worry its jsut the extra coolant from the overflow tank. its coming out of the little hole on the top of the tank. maybe just put alittle bit of water back into the tank.

The thing is, the tank itself is in the front isn't it.

Its dripping a bit to far to be the overflow tank.

Its more towards the front right tire, like a little behind it.

Well "dab" your finger in it and touch it to the tip of your tongue, you should be able to tell if its coolant or not.

Given your discription sounds like its close to your passenger side wheel, could also be brake fluid.
