The Latest Projects: Body Work, Hood Pins, Battery Cutout, New battery.
Project 1: My buddy and I fixed his CF Vis hood that he smashed when he forgot to put in his hood pins. For all those wondering. A CF hood will fly up at approximately 50mph.

Project 2: Install a battery cutout on my car. Bought it from PepBoys for $16.

Project 3: Rerouted BC hose through firewall nicely with rubber grommet. Right above the throttle cable.

Project 4: Install Hood Pins. I thought maybe it was dumb to do this on a stock hood but when I hit about 130mph the sides flutter more than I really like. So I stuck these locking hood pins on.

Project 5: Replace my dead Odyssey PC 545 battery. This battery just didnt do it for me. I went in search of a beefier alternative. I came across an Energizer Motorcycle/ATV/Watercraft battery. Pepboys PN YTX20L-BS for $83. This combined with my cutout switch should solve the problem of me jump starting my car all the time.

Will post other photos of each project soon.

The cutout is quite nice. Comes with a key that you can remove. I was thinking of doing it inside right next to the battery but then I thought how much it would suck to pop the hood, unlock the pins, lift the hood, disconnect, close the hood, lock the hood....
So I just routed it inside.
