Latest Pic's of the RE Amemiya light kit and new intake..
sorry dude, but you're ruining your car one exterior mod at a time. I loved your car when it was stock body, the front sits too low in relation to the side skirts IMO. Pop rivits on the headlights and a Red efini emblem?! Maybe I'm losing my mind, but the car looked much better before you started doing all the body work.

just out of curiosity, why not bigger piping and a more "enclosed" style intake? it seems as though you're only covering that one portion of your filter, while the rest is allowed to suck hot engine bay air....although if it works, it works. just wondering why not a sealed ducting setup all the way through?

but I don't mean this is a rude way.
I'm actually thinking about getting the "burnout" front bumper and I already have the FEED sides.
it looks a little off because of the bright color, but I think I'll be okay with my car (BB)
This car is pretty, just not my style.

I screwed my stock front end up so I had the burnout already. Paint is perfectly matched as the whole front half of the car was painted. The lights were also done out of necessity as both headlight covers flew off going down the track! So I did it the best way I could, still trying to keep it clean looking.
Looks great! The only thing that I have a hard time with are the rivets but it is not "that" bad. Could you have gotten black rivets? That may have stood out less.
None the less very sweet car.

Or better yet, do counter sink rivets, so they sit flush with the lexan covers. Get yourself a counter sink bit and counter sink rivets at a Ace Hardware, may have to order. Then paint over the rivets and cover trim to blend in the rivets.
I did something similar but with screws, turned out nice.
How much of the dash did you have to cut out for your cage Ernie?
