Last of the mohicans?

So how many of our cars are left do you think? I keep seeing a lot of fire threads, I know people have wrecked them, so how many of our cars (FDs) do you think are left?

i saw another thread asking the same thing a while back and there was a discussion on the rate we're losing FD's. i can't remember what it said exactly, but if you search for it you might find it or another one with an answer.

there is a sticky at the top that tells how many are registered in the US and it gives a breakdown of how many are in each state.

but is that kept up to date? I would think if you just register, it stays registered forever even if you crash you car.

Wow, those numbers are a lot higher than I expected. I've only seen 4 RX-7's here my entire life, and I travel the state a lot, but apparently there's at least 100 more somewhere.
