Thanks...I'm still working on it....we are painting it and doing some custom work to it this winter. Maybe do the headlight conversion if tax returns are good.

since when can the stock fuel system support that? I had my t78 running a 12 psi wastegate for a little while, on a pfs purple box, and the injectors were near maxed at 365 hp.

Actually I dynoed once at 409 on a brand new dynojet at Max Motorsports and the other at 420 hp on a Mustang dyno. The motor was ported and the turbos were rebuild stock turbos. The car has numerous runs at high 11's / low 12's and this is at 5280ft which is about 6/10th slower than at sea level. MMonoco was there and can vouche for the numbers posted. I also have a dyno sheet I will post.

Awesome car, I too, must admit a fondness for scissor doors.

Hey I really need someone that can tune my new PFC. can you guys help? the lambo doors look good if done right on this car. BTW 500 hp up at this altitude is sweet, its hard to get the horsies to the ground up here. PM me if either one of you can help. I need someone that knows what they are doing. Thanx

I have only got 431 hp so far...I am dropping fuel pressure above 17 lbs. which should be fixed shortly. Heres a link to all the pics from Red to primer to finished...

As far as tuning the PFC....we are flying someone out early spring to tune some FD's! Most likely Demetrious, BDC, or Steve Khan. Maybe Hitman will want to come out!

I can vouge for that, I have recently took a ride in Mike's car and its the fastest FD I have ever been in. The lambo doors work awesome and look even better. Rymin did his thing on this car. BTW, his car is not even tuned yet. Mike's car is the proof in the pudding. Trust that.

I do like the way the doors look on the car.....I think the shape of the door works for it....but even though they are lined up close to perfect.....they are a pain in the *** sometimes.....But hey....I don't know what I would do about getting my fat *** in and out of the car when in the trailer.....This makes it much easier!

I like the rest and would get the hood myself (is it Chuck's N-1 hood?) and the turbo kit is nicely done as well.
just my humble opinion.

Just started reading the thread (got to page 3 (or was it 4?) and stopped. I personally like the lambo doors, especially the GT Factory ones 'cause the go straight up instead of hanging off the side. Anyway, what I have to say concerns what Tim Benton said in this reply concerning the lambo doors. " Maybe if you had been the first to do it a couple years ago, now it's like the spinner wheel craze...just following the crowd, or it just seems that way." Although I like the effort (it seems 90% of the guys on this forum are doing this to their car) of the 99 spec, Spirit R, ect. Could'nt this "just following the crowd" statement be said about all you wanna be JDM 7's? If I did this to my car and went to a show, how much more 7's would I see there with the same conversion? I guess this is the reason why I've chosen not to go with the 99 spec/Spirit R movement.

Chinaman...good point. But for the record, I was THE first to have the fully operating hinges on my FD...I just never capitalized on the sponsorship opportunity from it (which Noel w/ his ExtremeDimensions CF FD did), b/c I wanted to keep my car with ME, not leave it on display for months at a time In fact, Noel got the hinges that came off my FD, since mine was the final prototype

I think you are comparing apples to oranges.

This is no disrespect to Michael's FD at all, I think it looks amazing. But, the lambo doors definitely make me thing of Civics, Tiburons, and the like. The 99 Spec and Spirit R/Type RZ are OEM, and as such are quality, original, classy, and not an aftermarket trendy fad.

Michael, your engine bay is very very impressive. Where did you get the black R1 bar? A few years ago I had a few professionally painted and sold them off.

Gotcha. While I have your attention, what parts of your motor were cryoed? I have many parts of my drivetrain cryoed, but no internal motor parts.

thanks for the info,
