Gonna be installing a knocksense ms,,,,what is the typical knock freguency of a third gen 13b? is it between 6 and 7 khz? Thanks soo much guys! Oh, is each rotor different? I hear the rear tends to run leaner...don't know if that matters.

 

I can't find any specs for series 6 (FD), but here is what I have for series 5:



knock sensor is in the same location between the two series, in the front rotor housing. The same spec is given for the series 4 cars, where the knock sensor was located at the top of the middle iron.

 

thanks for your reply,,,,looks like i have to send him the bore size to set the frequency that way,,,too many peeps say different numbers....so he can go by bore size,,
