Knock sensor?

Ok, so I've got everything back together, still not starting, threw a code 05, or knock sensor, will this prevent the engine from starting?

Im not 100% sure, but my bet would be that the car should still run with a bad knock sensor. Did you allready check for fuel and spark??

well, fuel pump is at a steady 40 psi at the rail, compressions good, and didn't have spark, however, the coils tested fine, but couldn't test the igniter, but wouldn't they throw codes?

no. if you have no spark you will need to verify power and switched ground to the coils.
