Kickpedal Fusebox Popping Hazard/Horn/Signal Fuses

Okay so my turn signals and horn went out today. I pulled out the blown fuse and swap a fresh one. I tested it out. Signals work fine.
Then I press the horn and nothing happens. Try the signals again and it's blown.

Looks like the horn is shorted somewhere.

What I'd like to know is if there is a common failure point on the horn before I start ripping everything up trying to track it down.

Thanks

I had the same problem, Come to find out I have 2 wires for horns. One on each side of the front of the car. Only 1 of them (driver's side) would run a horn. If Both were hooked up, it would pop the fuse. The wire on the Passenger's side, I found while installing my FMIC, was bare ended, and just laying on the front bar near the hood latch. I replaced the fuse, and had someone hit the horn, and touched that wire to the metal and Pop she went. I folded the wire, put electrical tape and some heat shrink on the end, put in another fuse, and called it a day.
