KG Parts Install Q's

I'm having a hard time finding anything about installing this kit aside from pictures.

For some reason, I don't remember where I heard this, but the KG Parts rail is not a bolt on affair. It needs dremeling on the manifold or something? Are there any install instructions for this kit somewhere (secondary rail).

Also, is it possible to bolt AN fittings up onto the primary rail? or does it only take your typical rubber fuel hose with a clamp.

I want to get a KG rail to run larger secondaries properly (IE not RC 1300's) and want to do my whole in engine bay section of the fuel system in braided hose.

Secondary rail is a bolt on affair. I think you might be thinking of the CJ rail with the GZ LIM, that required some grinding and and a hammer and some welding. I have the KG parts secondary rail and it is fine.

Are you talking about a KG rail for the primary or the stock rail? If you are talking about the stock rail, you can put -an fittings onto the stock rail if you want you will just have to eliminate the FPD. If you eliminate that make sure you have a FPR that has a built in FPD.

Ok cool, bolt on is what I like. And the top feed injectors fit fine in the stock holes and everything?

I want to keep my stock primary rail, and want to attach AN fittings to it, if possible. The FPD is going either way..

I found this picture. Are these the adapters I am going to need?

what FPR's out there have built in FPDs?

Top feed injectors on the secondary rail will need a LIM spacer. It is made of aluminum and you just put it in the LIM and pop in your injectors. Rx7store sells them. Not sure who else does as well.

Make sure when replacing the fuel system that you also get the insulators that go into the primary if you are going to take them out.

My SX-6 FPR has a built in FPD.

cool, thanks. I will look into those spacers. They go into the secondary injector holes?

I already have all the o-rings and insulators so I'm set with those.
