K Guys need your help!!! could cost me engine/turbos

Here's the situation I moved down to FL to go to school in mid sept. Anyways we had a company ship my car down to me. Although they forgot to mention that they were planning on driving it down from Tampa to Bonita which is about 300 miles. I've already told the forum how they scratched up my Advan's on the way down and my front lip, but here's the big problem. I do all the work my self ( when I'm home ) so my dad thought it would be a good idea for his mechanic friend to come and check out the car before it was shipped down to FL. He knows about rotaries and turbo cars, maybe not as much as some of us Anyway I bought a new clutch from Jason recently because I noticed a power loss, so I brought it to a local rotary shop around here ( sport compact car in Naples ) So they tell me my secondary turbo is leaking and it looks like my motors about to go. I had a look at the turbos, and they were'nt shittin me. So we contacted the delivery company to confront them about how they fucked up my car driving it down here. No where in the contract did they ever say they were going to drive it, they actually stated that it would be delivered to the driveway on the truck it was put on. So the owner admitted about lying and admitted they did drive it down here from Tampa. They also put in **** 87 octane gas. ( I also always add premix, they didnt ) Also the guy that drove it down had the AC cranked. This guy must have been a moron, cause I took out the condenser so he must have noticed that no cold air was blowing out. So when they pulled up all I could hear was the idle jumping ( probably not so good on crappy gas ) So here is the favor I need you all to do me. This guy said he would pay for new **** if I could prove it, he called up a mazda dealer and they said that the gas couldnt do that. Which I know for a fact that it very well could. Especially shop owners like Jason etc. I just need them to talk to this guy an tell him he doesnt know **** about rotaries except how to screw em up. So if a dealer like Jason or any other dealer helps me I will take the $ and buy the single turbo from them. and the engine will prob be rebuilt by pettit.

Sorry for the long post

Also the mechanic in MN that checked over my car said he would go to court if need be. Also he is a certified mechanic an has owned his own shop.

So your car got driven from Tampa, FL to Bonita, FL? Now was that Bonita Springs, or Bonita Shores because the last time I took that drive, it was more like 150-160 miles, not 300 unless they took a REALLY scenic route. Assuming you had zero gas in the thing to start with, that means they probably put less than one tank of 87 through the car? And because of that you think your turbo is now fried, possibly engine too?

I may be one of the more pessimistic folks on this forum, but unless they drove it the whole way down in first and second gear stomping the gas every 500 feet from 20-60 mph, I don't think it's the cause of your trouble.

Perhaps you might want to pursue an avenue of trying to prove that they physically abused your car because the one you're pursuing now just doesn't add up to me. Perhaps that may also be why no one has replied?

Garfinkle went to court as the mech against a dealer that screwed a rx7 and charged $9900 plus. His testomony easly won the owner his money back. Gar is to rebuild this car when all the new parts are collected. The dealer sent the owner to Gar when they could not fix the car and $9900 had been charged. the dealer still sends people to him after the win in court.
