First off, build one of my SUPER simple and SUPER cheap air pump anti-moos -

http://www.clubrx.org/default.asp?id...ntent=62&mnu=5

Get a small K&N filter for the airpump, place it up front where it can draw cool air and run a hose from the filter to the airpump. Putting the filter directly on the airpump can cause premature failure since it's pulling in VERY hot air right off the turbos.

ditch airpump. Get new pulleys and belt. block of hoses. Losing stock cat is good(period). From what I've read you may clog it up worst running with no airpump. If you ditch the cat for a midpipe be sure you can control boost spikes or creeping, as it seems very common with a full exhaust. Myself, I'm still running a hiflo cat. Will probably switch to a mp once I rebuild the engine, since it'll be convient to port the wastegate then. And lastly....

I'm no expert, so take this with a grain of salt.
