Just Got My FD Back I Love It
Ok I just got my FD back from getting a new engine and its so much damn fun I cant weight until the 3000 mile engine break in is done. It has a Race Ported engine, 3mm seals, new clutch, rebuilt trans., 99 Turbos, Apexi power FC W/ Commander. I think that 3000 is a little much for a break in but I’m not complaining. I’m planning on taking it to the track to see how it does.

1000 is all i've ever done. not above 4K rpm for first 500 miles with light load and then gradually increase rpm each hundred mile with last couple of hundred being a little more aggressive but not full throttle. feel confident? let her rip!!

Yeah they told me the extensive break-in is because of the new rotors and housings. they told me to keep it under 4000 for first 1K miles under 5000 rpm for 2K, and under 6000 for 3Kmiles then i can Quote "go nuts" i dont question this thats what they told me so im going to do it, because i spent every last penny i had on the car.

3000 mile break-in! Wow, that is excessive... When the cars were new everything thing in the whole car was NEW. 3000 mile break-in is not realistic. Porting doesn't make the
Did I catch your mods right? PFC, DP, Raceport? That's it? That setup isn't really going to take advantage of the PFC or the raceport. You need an intake, IC and CB.
Have fun with your baby.

Wow..sounds nice, Daily!!!!
We want PICS! And video! LOL..j/k, but I'd like to see the work done on it. Where's the PFC Commander located at in your car?
By the way, I've got a rear hatch cover(You're talking the fiberglass/platic whatever trunk hatch board right?) I'll sell ya...if you want it. I'm not using mine, and don't intend to.
