You could have a stuck seal from carbon build up... which can easily happen when you never run the engine at higher rpm/higher load... not to mention a rich tune. I suspect a very rich tune from the time frame you are fouling plugs out. Can you post some pictures of your plugs (and where they came out of) for reference?
seriously man, dont give up so easy, it could just need a good beating, put your big girl panties on, tune it, and run the heckydoo-da out of it. what the hizzo is a break in anyways, i break in motors like lsd diffs.

like its been said, it could just be a stuck side seal from driving like an old lady, go out, warm the car up, have a friend rev it to 4k, run some distilled water through a vacumn nipple in 10 second bursts until its all gone, then go out and drive the car and let it see some boost. whats he got to lose, he already thinks the motor is no good.
Someday people are going to figure out these motors don't like to babied. He's probably running a fat pre-mix ratio to boot
