Which of these is the “correct” crash bar for a JDM RHD FD RX7. I’m assuming either would work but there is a definite difference with the license plate bracket and potentially license plate light and that cut out seems to be right in the location of both parts..
the license plate mounts on the car and not on the crash bar. not sure what the hole is for other than the plate frame lights but its not plate related.
So on my car the license plate mounts onto a black license plate holder which is mounted to some thing underneath the rubber bumper not the rubber bumper like a us spec car. When I stick my hand way up in there it “feels” like there might be a hole but I can’t tell the way the bumper is right now.

Might find they're different year reinforcement bars? The one I've walked past for the last 6 months is blank and from 95.
Between the plate holder, polyurethane tail cone, polystyrene foam, to reach the bar itself, the mounting bolt specced is way too short - Mazda RX-7: ?????? ?????? ????????????
Ok so the hole in the crash bumper is for a bracket that the license plate attaches to that is welded to the body and pokes through the hole on the crash bar.
