JDM short shifter please help

I bought a JDM short shifter and installed it works but it is so hard to get it into gear when I start off gets a little better as it warms up but not much.It's installed rite had it checked.
PLEASE ANYONEHERE THE MAY HAVE A SOLUTION OR A FIX PLEASE HELP pm me.

I'm not sure what JDM short shifter you have. All short shifters will reduce leverage and thus require more effort. Mine was also a bit stiffer for several miles, but seemed to break in slowly over time.
Be sure to grease the ball-pivot with some JDM grease and make sure the housing is filled properly with JDM gear lube.
