JDM PFC vs. USA PFC

JDM PFC vs. USA PFC
i know a guy selling a JDM PFC. is there a difference between that and the US PFC. is there a US PFC or are they all JDM. i need some input ASAP as he needs to sell it quickly and i would love to pick it up for the price.

Jspec PFC wont Fit US spec Fd's.

I think The the wiring harness's are different
and diff Bits and etc.. Sorry thats I know.
Some guys named " PRESSURIZED"
bought one and wouldn't fit(work).

they're the same. Friend of mine bought one from someone in the states and put it in his JDM and now he's bridgeported 68-1 powered hell raiser is running the streets of Okinawa.

I've heard that they are exactly the same. There was a thread awhile ago where some guy was planning on perhaps buying a few and this subject came up. I think the consensus was that they are no different.

Yes and no.
They are the same, given that they are the same year of car. But you must remember that the rx7 is still being made there and the newer ones DO NOT match.
I got a hold of a '99 PowerFC by mistake, the guy I bought it from had no idea they had changed, and neither did I.
As long as it's a jspec for '93-'95 then it will work...ask him to make sure before you buy.

The newer will not match...The US cars a 8 bit and the JDM are 16 bit. APEX'i had to make a US spec version of the PFC for sale here. Another reason why it took so long to be released in the states.
