JDM engine swap water temp guage not working
hello guys, i just dropped a JDM motor with trans into my 93 and the X-05 connector modification went smoothly but now my water temp guage on the insturment cluster is not working.
I just cant figure out the wiring so the water temp guage will work i know that the temp guage wire goes threw the X-14 connecter but im stumpped i need help
the guage stays tacked at the top(hot)
P.S. car is running fine

i found the problem or at least on my project. Weirdly enough the water temp sensor connecter was all the way over by the o2 connector. The wire color that controls the guage on the cluster is Yellow/white, all wires on the japanese side of the engine harnes are in the correct order so dont mess with any of that i learned the hard way lol. Long story short i cut and extended the wire and the guage worked perfectly.
If you look at the first photo thats where i found the the sensor(should be connected with at jumper cable0
The second will show how i tested it by connecting the jumper to the sensor to confirm that was the correct wire.
