Ive got a sore back - Please Help!!!

I took my series 6 for a run a Saturday night & i was giving it a hard time.

When i was taking off hard from traffic lights the wheels would spin , but then the car would tramp hard in the rear end. Its still got stock suspension & i think it may be a factor.

It did not sound good or feel good for the car itself. Plus my back is not in the best condition afterwards.

What should i do to fix this problem , suggestions please.

do you mean you are getting wheel hop, if that's what you mean then your bushings and or your struts may be worn out...

probably worn out differential bushings. when i buy my FD, first suspension mod is going to be full bushing replacement with spherical bearings, like the guy did in this thread:

Do you guys think some EIBACH springs front & rear would fix my problem ??

probably not. it may reduce, but not eliminate it
