This thread is great!

Most recent story....This weekend I had just got done breaking in my new clutch and flywheel so I thought I would start working her in some twisties. Well, I happened to get an efini y-pipe so I thought I would get that in b4 hand. (I recommend this mod "butt-o-meter" approved ) Anywho, I got it in and take off to pick up my bud. He jumps in and I take a left hand turn out of his apartment complex, gun it through 1st and 2nd. This alone scared the crap out of me bc it was so fast. Oh well, off to the twisties. He saw it coming but said "just stretch her legs, don't kill us" The road is a 25mph zone with very tight left, right, left rights. I was doing about 70 and he was screaming at the top of his lungs "SSSSLLLLOOOOWWWWW DDDDDOOOOOWWWWNNNNN!!!!" hehehe... We come to the end of the road and he finally removes his hand from the passenger hand grip.

I scared this girl shitless once (she was a type b). There is thise four lane corner (two lanes each direction, with a little concrete "curb" in between the sides). And most people slow down for the corner. It's actually not that tough of a corner, but most people slow down for it.

Well, I didn't. I kept my foot on the gas, I was going maybe 40mph. I guess she was just expecting me to slow down for it like everyone else, but when i didn't she started screaming. Of course, after the turn, she realized the car handled it like a dream, so there was no need for being scared. She felt pretty silly...and has never doubted the cars abilities since.

ok here is my story:
i was in Austin,TX with some of my friends (FD owners) and we ran into a red ferrarri 550 maranello. some of my friend knew him and they wanted me to race him, we started from a 40 roll and raced two time, the first time he pulled a car on me and the second i did the same to him. my passenger was a 2002 RSX type s owner and that same night he put his car (with less than 7k on it) on e bay and he's still trying to sell it.
sorry for the long race story.

I bought my car with a huge boost leak so I didn't really know what to expect once it was repaired. Well, I fixed it and it was like night and friggin' day man! The damn just squatted and ripped through the gears way faster than before. Sequential was now completely noticeable, and the son-of-a-bitch felt like it suddenly had 150 more horsepower. I mean huge boost leak. All I did was replace the y-pipe coupler. I tested it that night and couldn't stop laughing through my rediculous grin.

haha, I did that to a fellow FD owner. He just wanted a ride in my car since I had recently finished up installing the TEIN HA's (which he had too). I have 18" wheels and he has stock, so he wanted to see how harsh the ride was going to be with so much less rubber "cushion".

During the cruise we got to talking about the Hawk HP+ pads and Brembo rotors I had as well, and without warning from a leisurely 65Mph cruise I JAMMED on the brakes. He almost tossed his cookies!!! I was laughing sooo hard ... once he could breath again enough to talk, he was like DAMN, it's one thing to stop when you are expecting it, but out of the blue like that I almost LOST IT!!!
